General Guidelines

• Collect dirty clothes from the institution;
• Separate the clothes, according to the degree of dirt, for the application of different washing processes,
  First wash the clothes and belongings of elderly people suspected of having a coronavirus;
• Wash, dry, iron and fold clothes;
• Distribute the clothes to the wardrobe sector of each pavilion of the institution;
• In the case of clothing for the elderly with a suspected coronavirus, give it  to the nursing assistant so that she can organize it in the bedroom;
• Return the clothes appropriately separated and identified to the laundry;
• Wash employee uniforms, if it is necessary;
• Maintain natural ventilation in environments and reduce the use of air conditioners and use when strictly necessary.
